30-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date your order is received (not the ship date). To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging wherever possible. Returns requested after 30 days from the date received cannot be accepted.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in resalable condition. Packaging, tags, and accessories should all be included. Worn, damaged, washed, or otherwise altered items may be refused at our discretion. Include your order number with any return shipment.
How to Start a Return

- We will confirm your eligibility and provide a return authorization and instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Ship the package to Ecom Fire INC, 4711 34th St. N. Suite F, St. Petersburg, FL 33714. We recommend retaining tracking information for your records.
Refund Method & Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original Visa or Mastercard used at purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection. Please allow an additional 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part — damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and cover all return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@beautifulhairessentialshub.com or (866) 840-6361 with your order number and a brief description. A photo is helpful but not required. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We handle exchanges by processing a return for the original item and creating a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest turnaround and accurate inventory management. Contact us first to confirm availability before returning the original item.
